Novato, Calif.’s, Sustainability Committee is holding a public workshop to receive input and comments on the development of its Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (EECS) and Climate Change Action Plan (CCAP).

imagesThe city is receiving a direct formula Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant from the U.S. Department of Energy and is required to develop and/or implement an EECS and to carry out activities that achieve the purposes of the program.
